Ingredients
100g dried peaches or apricots
100g sultanas
100g pitted dates
Grated zest and juice of ½ small orange
Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
150g ground almonds
sesame seeds
desiccated coconut
Method
Place all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and coconut in a food processor/ Blend until smooth. Roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls. Place coconut and sesame seeds in a bowl and roll the balls in the mixture until coated. Note: Raw cacao powder an be added to the mixture (adjust juice accordingly) or can be used for coating the balls.
